hi, I'm ife — the creator of the grey podcast.

this podcast started as a question I couldn't shake: why do people do what they do? what shapes our choices, our beliefs, our blind spots? I became the kind of person who listened more than I spoke — to stories, to struggles, to the complicated in-between spaces that don't fit neatly into anyone's narrative.

as a nigerian-american and a woman of faith, I've sat in rooms where Christianity was the answer to everything and rooms where it was the problem. the grey exists somewhere in the middle... not to water down truth, but to wrestle with it honestly.

my faith in Jesus is the foundation of how I see the world. that's not a disclaimer — it's the lens. every conversation on this podcast is filtered through it, even when we're digging into culture, identity, trauma, family, or the things nobody wants to say out loud.

so why "the grey"? because real life rarely lives in absolutes. this is a space to ask hard questions, hear different stories, and let the process of understanding stretch us, without letting go of what we know to be true.
